Support and Maintenance
A support and maintenance program will be designed to ensure your customers are supported in a timely, professional and predictable manner. Designed to bring your partners up to speed quickly, the program will train and qualify them to provide their own support while giving them the option to utilize our technical call center at a discounted rate.
System Assembly and Configuration
We provide short-run assembly and configuration of your solutions, populating with drives and loading the software.
Burn in and Testing
We burn in and test the system fully assembled, for a period of 24-48 hours, based on your recommendations/requirements.
Shipping and Facilitation
We can be your shipping, receiving and inventory control partner during the early stages, making sure things are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Sourcing
We can assist you in sourcing components for the appliance, or we can be your sourcing partner, along with complete assembly and configuration.
RMA Support
We process the RMA and receive and inspect the goods based on your recommendations/requirements. |
